Flood shark golf course, After Flood Sharks Invade Golf Course. A water hazard on a golf course is expected. However, what is unexpected is for a water hazard to be filled with sharks. Thanks to recent flooding the lake by the 14th hole at the Carbrook Golf Club in Brisbane Australia is filled with bull sharks. The bull shark is an extremely aggressive species of shark that is capable of surviving in freshwater as well as salt water. The sharks range in size from four feet to ten feet and appear to be thriving in their new environment.


The club’s manager states that the sharks have been a welcome addition to the course and are the inspiration for a monthly competition at the course called the ‘Shark Lake Challenge’.
