Dentist offers to buy back candy, An Ohio dentist is offering children the opportunity to turn their Halloween candy into cash to promote dental health, the Mansfield News Journal reported Sunday.

He is also raffling off two children's bicycles.
"Visiting your dentist twice a year and brushing your teeth are great preventive measures, but doing away with excess sweets would really give your teeth a healthy boost," Callen told the News Journal.
With his promotion, he said, "Kids can have the fun of trick-or-treating, and now their piggy banks will benefit as well."
Callen and associates Anthony Lordo and Mathew Snipes said they will hand out up to $1,000 in their buyback deal.
