Portman names her boy. New mum Natalie Mortman has called her baby son Alef, according to Israeli news reports.

The Oscar-winning actress gave birth to fiance Benjamin Millepied's child last month (Jun11) and she'll honor her Jewish roots by naming the boy after the first letter of the Israeli alphabet, reports newsman Guy Pines.
