But getting love life advice from one of the aforementioned ladies is even worse, and we're guessing it's the last thing Cheryl Cole wants to hear.

Nevertheless, air hostess Kerry Meades has penned an open letter to the Geordie singer advising Chezza that Ashley's a "liar and a cheat" (like she didn't know already).

Published in Reveal magazine, Kerry's letter begins: "I want to start by saying that I'm sorry. Not for my actions - because I was a single girl and I thought Ashley was a single guy.

"But I'm sorry you've had to learn this way that Ashley isn't the changed man you thought he was."

Kerry went on to warn Cheryl not to fall for Ashley's charms (apparently "what he lacks in height, he makes up for in personality"), saying: "He's calculating and knows exactly what he's doing. While he was trying to win you back, he was with me - and that is just wrong.

"He's a liar and a cheat and you deserve better," the stewardess added. "You have the world at your feet, so please don't settle for a rat like Ashley."

As it turns out, Cheryl's rumoured to have reached her own conclusions on that particular matter.
